My foot sprain

Just when i thought i am finally freed from sch, come this stupid sprain to my left ankle while playing basketball on saturday. And i have to give my sunday soccer a miss the next day. I went to see chinese doc and he asked me to go back and visit him again on wed.

Left one is the injured one. It's quite obvious that the left side is swollen like the zhu jiao selling like hot cakes at my house downstairs hawker centre.

And do u know, my right ankle has already suffered similarly some time ago, not once, but twice while playing........ yeah basketball again!!
